To maintain high hygiene standards and the uniqueness of custom pieces, the following are not eligible for return

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons.

Customized/Engraved Pieces: Items made to your specific budget or size.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance.

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our quality. Every piece comes with a 12-month Limited Warranty.

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, loose stones (Moissanite/CZ), and clasp failure.

What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing due to chemicals).

How to Initiate a Claim

  2. Photos of the item (for quality issues).

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
