 1.Find the item you need or send us your model photo via Email or by Whatsapp.

2.Send Inquire by Fill in contact form, or contact directly through Whatsapp.

4.Customer do the pre-paid payment to us. usually use  T/T or by paypal.

3.Confirm detail with you ,and Make quotation to you as fast as possible.

5.Factory start production,and client do balance payment.

6.Factory send video or photo  for confirmation and start delivery VIA DHL/FEDEX/UPS

Is Aureliegems a Factory or Trading Company?

Aureliegems is a local factory located in China.we have more than 60 staffs in Factory.We support OEM ODM to meet different clients needs.

If it is a in-stock order, Moissanite Jewelry will be shipped 5-10 days after receiving the payment. If it is a customized order, we will ship it 15-20 days after receiving the customization confirmation and payment. Video and photo confirmation can be provided before shipment.
