If you’re evaluating a wholesale moissanite jewelry supplier for the first time, pricing and certification are usually the two questions that come up before anything else. This guide walks through how our pricing works, what GRA certification actually covers, what custom orders cost, and the other fees buyers should factor in before placing an order.
How Our Pricing Works
Pricing falls into two categories, depending on whether you’re ordering from our existing catalog or requesting a custom design.
Standard, in-stock products are priced based on size, color, and material — the quote you receive is the product’s base price plus shipping, with no additional fees layered on top.
Custom products are priced based on the same factors (size, color, material) plus the cost of tooling and materials specific to your design, in addition to shipping. If you also want custom packaging — such as your logo printed on the box — that’s quoted as a separate packaging fee on top of the product price.
Across both categories, pricing is tiered by quantity: orders of 100+ pieces receive a discount over smaller quantities, and orders of 500+ pieces receive a larger discount still. If you’re comparing quotes at different volumes, it’s worth asking for pricing at a few different quantity tiers to see where the breakpoints land for your specific design.
GRA Certification
We provide a GRA certificate with every individual moissanite piece — one certificate per item, included at no additional cost, sent out together with the product. This isn’t an optional add-on; it’s part of how every moissanite item ships.
Each certificate includes:
- Grading report and grading results
- Additional grading information
- Proportions
- Clarity characteristics
- Grading scale reference
If certification is a requirement for your buyers or your own quality standards, this is confirmed and included by default — you don’t need to request it separately or budget extra for it.
Custom Order Costs
Custom orders break down into two separate categories: product customization and packaging customization.
Product customization: We design based on your CAD file or a high-resolution reference image, along with detailed specifications for size, color, and material. CAD design work is provided free of charge. The mold fee is a one-time cost — once a mold is made for your design, repeat orders of the same style don’t incur that fee again. MOQ for custom products varies by category: large pendants can go as low as 1 piece, while other jewelry types typically range from 30 to 100 pieces depending on the design.
Packaging customization: Our standard packaging is a plain box. If you want a different box material without logo printing, pricing is quoted separately, with a typical minimum of 300 pieces. If you want your logo printed, the minimum order is 500 pieces — though this can be lower if another buyer has already ordered the same packaging style, since tooling costs can sometimes be shared.
Other Costs to Consider
Beyond product cost, potential customization fees, and shipping, buyers should also budget for:
- Bank transfer fees on the payment side
- Import duties and taxes at the destination — these vary by country and product category, based on local customs regulations, so it’s worth checking your own country’s rates for jewelry imports in advance
Production Time
In-stock standard products typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders, or standard items currently out of stock, generally take about 25 working days to produce.
