Customized/Engraved Pieces: Items made to your specific budget or size.
Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our quality. Every piece comes with a 12-month Limited Warranty.
What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, loose stones (Moissanite/CZ), and clasp failure.
What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing due to chemicals).

Photos of the item (for quality issues).
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. For other reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
