1. Design & Concept
Every piece starts with an idea. Designers create sketches or 3D models based on trends, proportions, and wearability. Measurements, stone sizes, and clasp structures are finalized at this stage.
2. Material Selection
Carefully select materials such as stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, titanium steel, and moissanite or cubic zirconia stones. All raw materials are checked for purity, hardness, and consistency before production.

3. Casting / Forming
The metal is cast or formed into the base shape using precision molds or CNC techniques. For chains (e.g. Cuban or Figaro), each link is shaped and assembled for strength and balance.

4. Stone Setting (If Applicable)
Stones are hand-set or machine-set to ensure tight placement and even alignment. Each stone is secured to prevent loosening during daily wear.

5. Welding & Assembly
All parts—links, clasps, pendants—are welded and assembled. Special attention is given to box clasps and locks to ensure smooth operation and durability.

6. Polishing & Surface Finishing
Jewelry is polished through multiple stages to achieve a smooth surface and high shine. Optional finishes include mirror polish, matte, or plated coatings.

7. Plating / Coating (Optional)
For gold, black, or color finishes, PVD or electroplating is applied to enhance durability and color retention.

8. Final Quality Inspection
Each finished piece undergoes a full manual inspection before packing.

9. Packaging & Shipment
Jewelry is carefully cleaned, packed in protective packaging, and prepared for shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
